Terms & Conditions
 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the premises (“Venue”) owned and operated by ItalianMenu Ltd.

By booking the Venue, you agree to these Terms.
 

2. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Event venue hire

  • Corporate meeting space

  • Optional add-on services (catering, equipment, staffing – if applicable)
     

3. Booking Process

  • A booking is secured only after written confirmation and payment of a deposit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
     

4. Payments
4.1 Event Hall Hire

  • A non-refundable deposit (agreed in person) is required at booking.

  • Remaining balance must be paid on the event day.

Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

4.2 Meeting Room Hire

  • Only online payments are available


5. Cancellations

Client Cancellations:

  • Less than 30 days of notice - deposit forfeited for Event Hall Hire

  • The booking fee is not refundable if notice of cancellation less than 5 working days (for meeting room hire)

 

Venue Cancellations:

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, travel expenses, or accommodation costs.


6. Use of Premises

Clients must:

  • Use the Venue responsibly and legally

  • Follow safety instructions

  • Not exceed maximum capacity

  • Ensure behaviour of all attendees is safe and respectful

Damage to property may be charged to the client.
 

7. Catering & Alcohol

  • External catering may be allowed with prior approval.

  • Alcohol consumption must comply with licensing regulations.
     

8. Liability

ItalianMenu Ltd is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to client property

  • Injuries resulting from client or guest negligence

  • External service provider failures


9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for events outside our control (e.g., fire, flood, strike, pandemic restrictions).


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
